Back in 1869, John and Mary Ann Sainsbury’s opened a small shop to give people quality food at fair prices. It was a shop with values. Sainsbury’s wanted a way to explain to their colleagues, suppliers and customers how their new corporate responsibility strategy was linked to their company values.
Working closely with the Animation Director and design team from the initial client brief through story and visual development until final sign-off, I also led on the client collaboration throughout. Together, we created this short animation to be used as an engagement tool for all of Sainsbury’s colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders.
It was showcased on their website and social channels and shown to new colleagues as an introduction to the company. The video has been viewed over 150,000 times on their YouTube channel and more than ¼ of a million times internally.
